Sesame said that sesame seeds, sesame seeds and Sankranti festival come to mind. Sesame is the mature seed of Sesame Indicum. Sesame is cultivated in Central America, China, Egypt, Brazil.

Sesame seeds are bitter in taste, cold to the touch, but they are spicy, increase intelligence, are beneficial for teeth, brighten the complexion, are beneficial for ulcer healing, reduce flatulence and increase phlegm.

Sesame seeds make a thin person fat and a fat person thin. We are forgetting this divine medicine in the horse race of time.
